Objectives

Develop flow meters and regulators for retrofitting on manure barrels. The goal is to make manure more homogeneous by stirring in the liquid manure barrel, instead of in the manure well. This means that flow is regulated to adapt to the need for different parts of the field to be fertilized.

Utveckla flödesmätare och reglerare för eftermontage på gödseltunnor. Målet är att få gödsel mer homogen genom omrörning i flytgödseltunna istället för i gödselbrunn. Detta innebär att man reglerar flödet för att anpassa behovet på olika delar av fältet som ska gödslas.

Activities

The measurement is based on signals and calculations from sensors, as well as history from previous manure spreads. The technology builds a few components such as pressure- and rotation speed sensors. The technology is easy to assemble, robust and reliable.

Activities

Mätningen bygger på signaler från givare och beräkningar samt historik från föregående spridningar. Tekniken bygger ett fåtal komponenter såsom tryck- och varvtalsgivare. Tekniken är lättmonterad, robust och driftssäker.
