Objectives

Establish a dynamic network to boost the use of genetic resources by the agrifood sector. This network aims to be the place where the sector can exchange its knowledge and necessities in order to cooperate and obtain quality, sustainable and profitable products.

Establecer una red dinámica para utilizar los recursos fitogenéticos donde todo el sector agroalimentario intercambie conocimientos y necesidades y colaboren en la obtención de productos de calidad, sostenibles y rentables.

Activities

The project is focused on the development of three Living Labs as well as in creating a web and app to tackle the farmers and procuders needs in their cropping tasks. These products (LL and APP) will contain information and knowledge coming from farmers and producers but also further information about the National Inventory of Plant Resources belonging to the collections related to the Plant Resources National Programme. .

El proyecto está centrado en la creación de Living Labs / proyectos piloto - inicialmente se desarrollarán tres - y en el desarrollo de una aplicación (web y móvil) diseñada en función de las necesidades de los agricultores y productores que incluya información y conocimiento obtenidos por agricultores, productores y empresas y los elementos clave de decisión de cultivo pero que también incorpore la información del Inventario Nacional de Recursos Fitogenéticos de las colecciones del Programa Nacional de Recursos Fitogenéticos.

Eventos Divulgativos: 
1. Jornada técnica sobre ¿Qué son los recursos fitogenéticos? ¿Dónde están? ¿Cómo utilizarlos? ¿Qué aportan? Dirigido a: agricultores y productores del sector (público general). Contenido: mostrará resultados midterm del proyecto.
2. Jornada técnica sobre la biodiversidad como sistema de optimización de las explotaciones agrarias frente al cambio climático. Dirigido a: agricultores, técnicos y responsables de gestión (público específico). Contenido: mostrará resultados finales del proyecto.
3. Foro formativo sobre buenas prácticas agrícolas ya implantadas. Dirigido a: público general y público específico. Contenido: los ponentes serán los propios agricultores y presentarán innovaciones y buenas prácticas agrícolas que ya estén implantadas y que sirvan de ejemplo al resto del sector productor.

DISSEMINATION OUTCOME 1: EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

DESCRIPTION: FITONET's communication strategy is based on the definition of responsibilities and clear guidelines for internal and external communication, corporate identity and design of dissemination materials, definition of the website development strategy, communication strategy tailored to the target audience, and planning.

MAIN OUTCOMES OF DISSEMINATION OUTCOME 1:
Within this Dissemination Outcome 1, the main activities and their outcomes were:
- Act. 1.1. Steering Committee: This committee was led by Agrofor-CSIC and held in-person meetings. This committee is composed of the five partners of the operational group.
- Act. 1.2. Bimonthly communications: In this case, Agrofor-CSIC was responsible for conducting bimonthly online communications to ensure monitoring of project activities (progress, risks, results).
- Act. 1.3. External communications: BIOVEGEN was responsible for creating the project's corporate image (logo and a roller coaster).
- Act. 1.4. Databases: BIOVEGEN also led the creation of databases for outreach activities (compliance with LOPD) using the member entities' databases. These databases contain all the target audience's interest groups.

RESULTADO DE DIVULGACIÓN 1: ESTRATEGIA DE COMUNICACIÓN EFICAZ Y EFICIENTE

DESCRIPCIÓN: La estrategia de comunicación de FITONET se basa en la definición de responsabilidades y directrices claras, tanto en lo que respecta a la comunicación interna como externa, identidad corporativa y diseño de materiales de difusión, definición de la estrategia en el desarrollo de la web, estrategia de comunicación de acuerdo con el público objetivo, así como la planificación.

PRINCIPALES RESULTADOS DEL RESULTADO DE DIVULGACIÓN 1:
Dentro de este resultado de divulgación 1 las principales actividades y su resultado han sido: 
- Act. 1.1. Comité de Dirección: el responsable de este comité ha sido Agrofor-CSIC y ha servido para la celebración de reuniones presenciales. Este comité está compuesto por los cinco socios del grupo operativo.
- Act. 1.2. Comunicaciones bimensuales: en este caso, Agrofor-CSIC ha sido responsable de la celebración de comunicaciones bimensuales online de cara a asegurar el seguimiento de las actividades del proyecto (avances, riesgos, resultados).
- Act. 1.3. Comunicación externa: BIOVEGEN ha sido el encargado de  la creación de la imagen corporativa (logotipo y un roller) del proyecto.
- Act.1.4. Bases de datos: BIOVEGEN también ha liderado la creación, mediante la utilización de las bases de datos de las entidades miembro, las BBDD para las actividades de divulgación (cumplimiento LOPD). Estas BBDD contienen todos los grupos de interés del público objetivo.

DISSEMINATION OUTCOME 2: IN-PERSON DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES.


- Act. 2.1.  Technical workshop on: What are plant genetic resources? Where are they? How can they be used? What do they contribute? Target audience: farmers and producers in the sector. This workshop presented the project's midterm results.
- Act. 2.2. Technical workshop on biodiversity as a system for optimizing farms in the face of climate change. This workshop was aimed at farmers, technicians, and managers. The event showcased the project's final results.
- Act. 2.3.  Training forum on already implemented good agricultural practices. Target audience: general and specific audiences. Content: The speakers are farmers themselves, and they present innovations and good agricultural practices that are already implemented and serve as an example for the rest of the production sector.
- Act. 2.4. Participation of the GO in scientific and technical conferences where the progress made by the innovative project to date is presented. This category includes examples of this type of meetings in which the GO SIMBIOLIVA has participated: Congress on Plant Genetic Improvement  Plant Molecular Biology Meeting 
- Act. 2.5.  GO participation in industrial fairs where the innovative project's progress to date is presented. This category includes examples of this type of meeting: FRUIT ATTRACTION 2022 BIOSTIMULANTS EUROPE CONFERENCE 2022  TRANSFIERE 2023  BIOPESTICIDES EUROPE CONFERENCE 2023  FRUIT ATTRACTION 2023, MICROBIOMA 2023, TRANSFIERE 2024, BIOPESTICIDES EUROPE CONFERENCE 2024 ), FRUIT ATTRACTION 2024

Act. 2.1. Taller técnico sobre: ​​¿Qué son los recursos fitogenéticos? ¿Dónde se encuentran? ¿Cómo se pueden utilizar? ¿Qué aportan? Público objetivo: agricultores y productores del sector. En este taller se presentaron los resultados intermedios del proyecto.

Act. 2.2. Taller técnico sobre la biodiversidad como sistema para optimizar las explotaciones agrícolas frente al cambio climático. Este taller estuvo dirigido a agricultores, técnicos y gestores. En el evento se presentaron los resultados finales del proyecto.

Contenido: Los ponentes son agricultores y presentan innovaciones y buenas prácticas agrícolas ya implementadas, que sirven de ejemplo para el resto del sector productivo.

Act. 2.4. Participación del GO en congresos científicos y técnicos donde se presentan los avances del proyecto innovador hasta la fecha. Esta categoría incluye ejemplos de este tipo de reuniones en las que ha participado GO SIMBIOLIVA: Congreso de Mejora Genética Vegetal Reunión de Biología Molecular Vegetal

DISSEMINATION OUTCOME 3: DIGITAL DISSEMINATION ACTIONS

DESCRIPTION: The digital dissemination actions are aimed at improving the presence of the GO in various virtual media such as the SIMBIOLIVA website, social media, newsletters, etc.

MAIN OUTCOME OUTCOME 3:
Within this dissemination outcome 3, the main activities and their results have been:
- Act. 3.1. Creation of the GO FITONET website.
- Act. 3.2. Creation of the GO FITONET social media profiles (LinkedIn, X (with the hashtag #FITONET), Instagram).
- Act. 3.3. Creation of GO FITONET's own YouTube account, hosting recordings of virtual performances.
- Act. 3.4. Virtual workshops developed specifically for virtual format. These meetings focused on specific content and were short (≈2 hours) to facilitate attendee participation.
- Act. 3.5. Amplification of GO FITONET's dissemination through the websites of all project members, which contain direct links to GO FITONET's own website and to social media and YouTube.
- Act. 3.6. Newsletters coordinated by BIOVEGEN and disseminated (and available for download) through:
a) The databases of all GO FITONET members, the GO FITONET website, and the websites of all GO members.
b) GO FITONET's own social media and the social media of all GO members.
- Act. 3.7. Emailing of all materials (presentations, recordings, curriculum vitae, etc.) used during in-person outreach activities to attendees.

Dentro de este resultado de divulgación 3 las principales actividades y su resultado han sido: 
- Act. 3.1. Creación de la WEB PROPIA del GO FITONET.
- Act 3.2. Creación de la PERFILES EN MEDIOS SOCIALES (LinkedIn, X -con el hashtag propio #FITONET-, Instagram) del GO FITONET.
- Act. 3.3. Creación de la CUENTA DE YOUTUBE PROPIA del GO FITONET en la que se alojan las grabaciones de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo de manera virtual.
- Act. 3.4. Jornadas virtuales desarrolladas específicamente para su celebración en formato virtual. Estos encuentros se centraron en contenidos concretos y tendrán una duración breve (≈2 horas) encaminada a facilitar la participación de los asistentes.
- Act. 3.5. Amplificación de la difusión del GO FITONET a través de las páginas web de todos los miembros del proyecto, las cuales contienen enlaces directos a la WEB PROPIA y a los MEDIOS SOCIALES y YOUTUBE del GO FITONET.
- Act. 3.6. Newsletters cuya elaboración fue coordinada por BIOVEGEN y que fueron difundidos (y están disponibles para su descarga) a través de:

DISSEMINATION OUTCOME 4: DISSEMINATION ACTIONS THROUGH PUBLICATIONS

DESCRIPTION: The following publications were aimed at disseminating, among industry stakeholders, the opportunities arising from the project's results and promoting its implementation in the sector's business environment. As in the previous phase, the communication objectives of the GO, as well as those of the call for proposals, were taken into account, and therefore various actions were carried out to reach the various identified audiences. All dissemination actions met the information and publicity obligations required by the call for proposals.

MAIN OUTCOME OUTCOME 4:
Within this Dissemination Outcome 4, the main activities and their results were:
- Act. 4.1. Technical Publications:
a) Dissemination brochure with information on the GO's members, objective, and activities.
b) Publication of informative articles about the GO in specialized industry magazines.
- Act. 4.2. Media:
a) Design and preparation of press releases containing the status of the GO and progress of the innovative project. These documents were disseminated through the remaining online/offline tools and sent to various media outlets, including print and radio.

RESULTADO DE DIVULGACIÓN 4: ACTUACIONES DE DIVULGACIÓN MEDIANTE PUBLICACIONES

DESCRIPCIÓN: Las siguientes publicaciones han estado dirigidas a difundir, entre los agentes del sector, las oportunidades que se desprendan de los resultados alcanzados en el proyecto y a promover su implementación en la realidad empresarial del sector. Al igual que en la fase anterior, se tienen en cuenta los objetivos de comunicación del GO, así como los de la convocatoria, y por tanto se llevaron a cabo diferentes acciones para llegar a las diversas audiencias identificadas. En todas las acciones de divulgación se cumplieron las obligaciones de información y publicidad requeridas en la convocatoria.

PRINCIPALES RESULTADOS DEL RESULTADO DE DIVULGACIÓN 4:
Dentro de este resultado de divulgación 4 las principales actividades y su resultado han sido: 
- Act. 4.1. Publicaciones técnicas:
     a) Folleto divulgativo con información de los miembros, el objetivo y las actividades del GO.
     b)Publicación de artículos informativos sobre el GO en revistas especializadas del sector.
- Act. 4.2. Medios de comunicación:
     a) Diseño y elaboración de notas de prensa que contienen el estado del GO y avances del proyecto innovador. Estos documentos se divulgaron a través del resto de herramientas online/offline y se enviaron a diferentes medios de comunicación, incluyendo prensa y radio.

DESCRIPTION: This outcome focused on monitoring the dissemination activities previously described in the other dissemination outcomes. This monitoring was carried out through press clippings.

Within this dissemination outcome 5, the main activities and their results were:
- Act. 5.1. Preparation of press clippings and monitoring reports for each dissemination outcome. These clippings/reports were published on the GO's website and social media, and, in turn, on the websites and social media of the GO members.

- Act. 5.1. Elaboración de clippings de prensa e informes de seguimiento de cada resultado relativos a divulgación. Estos clippings/informes se han publicado en la WEB PROPIA y en los MEDIOS SOCIALES del GO y, a su vez, en las webs y en los medios sociales de los miembros del GO.
