The main goal of the project is to strengthen the market position of agricultural producers from the Lika area by creating a new sales channel through a short supply chain for agricultural products of members of the Operational Group. A short supply chain will contribute to the easier placement of the products of the members of the Operating Group and the efficient use of shared resources and competitive advantage.

Products will be sold in the rented space, and the commercial vehicle will be used for product distribution and will be available to every member of the Operational Group so that they can distribute their products to the store.

The members of the Operational Group are small agricultural producers who do not have a developed system of selling and distributing their products because they are not able to successfully organize the sale of their products in addition to performing daily agricultural work. Also, not having a commercial vehicle makes it impossible to organize quality product distribution to the final consumer. This project will enable the members of the Operational Group to create a new sales channel through which the market position of each member will be strengthened. Namely, the sale of their agricultural products will be organized in the rented office space, where the end consumer will more easily get to know the quality of the product, and the member of the Operational Group will more easily get information about what the end consumer thinks about their product, on the basis of which he will be able to work additionally on raising the quality of his agricultural products. Through this project, each member of the Operational Group will be able to generate additional income for their economy.
