Emergence d’un outil de formation-action d’accompagnement des candidats en cours de reconversion professionnelle vers l’installation agricole
Objectives
A need for a tool complementary to the existing tools was felt by several actors of the agricultural installation.
Indeed, some profiles of project leaders encountered, in particular people in professional retraining, lack technical references, practical experience and confidence upstream of an activity test phase.
Also, it is possible to imagine an intermediate and complementary stage to the panel of already existing possibilities: a new support tool allowing project leaders who are not of agricultural origin to build a training-action itinerary.
Objectives
Un besoin d’outil complémentaire aux outils existants s’est fait ressentir par plusieurs acteurs de l’installation agricole.
En effet, certains profils de porteurs de projet rencontrés, en particulier les personnes en reconversion professionnelle, manquent de référentiels techniques, d’expériences pratiques et de confiance en amont d'une phase de test d’activité ou d’un BPREA (diplôme agricole) par exemple.
Aussi, il est permis d’imaginer une étape intermédiaire et complémentaire au panel de possibilités déjà existantes : un nouvel outil d’accompagnement permettant à des porteurs de projets qui ne sont pas d’origine agricole de construire un itinéraire en formation-action.
Activities
The project will take place in several stages:
- an observation phase: identification of needs with potential candidates and support structures in the territory, study trip to inspiring experiences in France
- a phase of emergence of tools to respond these needs
- a phase of definition of the educational, legal and financial framework of the imagined tools
- a first test phase of these tools to be able to get nourishing feedback as soon as possible
- a promotion and communication phase around the project to reach new partners and interested project leaders
Activities
Le projet de déroulera en plusieurs étapes :
- une phase d’observation : recensement des besoin auprès des porteurs de projet et de structure d’accompagnement sur le territoire, voyage d’étude auprès d’expériences inspirantes en France
- une phase d’émergence d’outils qui pourront répondre à ces besoins
- une phase de définition du cadre pédagogique, juridique et financier des outils imaginés
- une phase de premier test de ces outils pour pouvoir avoir auxplus vite des retours nourrisants
- une phase de valorisation et communication autour du projet pour toucher de nouveaux partenaires et porteurs de projet intéressés
