Objectives

Enhance the fruit and vegetable productions and guarantee a socio-economic sustainability of the district. With reference to the definition of "Production District" and in particular "Territorial District", the objective is to spread a coordinated supply chain, interconnected with the geographical-climatic and socio-economic characteristics of the territory.
- Organize and define a management system for the agricultural-agri-food district characterized by sandy soil.
- To consolidate relations between producers, processors and tradersof a territory 

Objectives

Valorizzare le produzioni ortofrutticole e garantire una sostenibilità socio economica del distretto. Con riferimento alla definizione di “Distretto produttivo” ed in particolare “Distretto territoriale” ci si pone l’obiettivo di diffondere una gestione della filiera coordinata, interconnessa alle caratteristiche geografico-climatiche e socio-economiche del territorio.
- Organizzare e definire un sistema di gestione del distretto agricolo-agroalimentare caratterizzato dal suolo sabbioso.
- Consolidare di rapporti tra i produttori i trasformatori e i commercianti (tutta la filiera) di un territorio

• identification of environmental health in terms of air quality.
• Quantification of CO2 Carbon emissions and water use in comparison with standard productions (in medium mixture soils).

• Verification of the level of acceptance by the consumer and market appreciation

• Draft of the District regulation
• Validation  of compliance with the Regional regulation
• Communication to the general public of BP and the advantages that derive to the consumer in terms of healthiness and quality of the product, and to the territory in terms of environmental and social sustainability (websites, seminars, web platform that allows relations between partners' websites, workshop, attendance at fairs, events and at distribution, prints).

• identificazione della salubrità ambientale in termini di qualità dell’aria.
• Quantificazione delle emissioni di CO2 Carbon e dell’uso dell’acqua in confronto con produzioni standard (in suoli a medio impasto).

• Verifica del livello di accettabilità da parte del consumatore e gradimento dei mercati
• Verifica di fattibilità di un  Distretto del Cibo delle Sabbie del Delta Emiliano
