Objectives
The objective of this project is the development of new decision models in the management of pig farms in cooperative integration which will improve the decision of small farmers and the redistribution of the benefit without losing the multiplier effect of the group. The project will allow the development of a tool that assists in the decision and prediction of production through the application of new low-cost technologies

El objetivo del presente proyecto es el desarrollo de unos nuevos modelos de decisión en la gestión de explotaciones porcinas en integración cooperativa lo que mejorara la decisión de los pequeños ganaderos y la redistribución del beneficio sin perder el efecto multiplicador de la agrupación. El proyecto permitirá el desarrollo de una herramienta que asista a la decisión y la predicción de la producción a través de la aplicación de nueva tecnologías de bajo coste
Activities
The project will allow the development of a tool that assists in the decision and prediction of production through the application of new low-cost technologies, such as temperature sensors, humidity and image analysis that allows traceability of animals and model the evolution of their growth considering technical and economic parameters. In this way you will obtain not only a decision tool in real time, but also the internal rules that allow you to make those decisions combining technical and economic aspects.

El proyecto permitirá el desarrollo de una herramienta que asista a la decisión y la predicción de la producción a través de la aplicación de nueva tecnologías de bajo coste, como sensores de temperatura, humedad y análisis de imagen que permita realizar una trazabilidad de los animales y modelizar la evolución del crecimiento de los mismos considerando parámetros técnicos y económicos. De esta forma se obtendrá no sólo una herramienta de decisión en tiempo real, así como las reglas internas que permitan tomar dichas decisiones conjugando aspectos técnicos y económicos

This sector is very integrated but it needs to encourage the cooperative integration in order to improve Rural development. The project could increase the efficiency of this the production system through the several tools. This tools must allow a control and monitoring of cooperative farms. also, the information collected by the tool will assist the farmers with the make decisions consequently it will improve the production processes.In this sense, current tools allow data collection and management of the animal (in pigs and bovine livestock) but the tools don ́t allow the monitoring of the productive parameters and of the welfare of the animal which would directly affect the efficiency of farms.The improvement of the decision models has different impacts as an improvement the economic, production process, welfare of the animals and climate change.
Este sector está muy integrado pero necesita alentar la integración cooperativa para mejorar el desarrollo rural. El proyecto podría aumentar la eficiencia de este sistema de producción a través de varias herramientas. Estas herramientas deben permitir un control y monitoreo de granjas cooperativas. Además, la información recopilada por la herramienta ayudará a los agricultores a tomar decisiones, por lo que mejorará los procesos de producción. En este sentido, las herramientas actuales permiten la recopilación de datos y el manejo del animal (en cerdos y ganado bovino), pero las herramientas no lo hacen. permitir el monitoreo de los parámetros productivos y del bienestar del animal que afectaría directamente la eficiencia de las granjas. La mejora de los modelos de decisión tiene diferentes impactos como una mejora económica, del proceso de producción, del bienestar de los animales y del cambio climático
