Objectives

The primary goal of the project is the development and establishment of a reusable system for 0.75L wine bottles for the state of Baden-Württemberg. There is a strong dependence on trade and consumer behaviour, which will be taken into account to a large extent during the project period.
The project reduces CO2 emissions in the wine industry. In addition, wine producers ensure increased customer loyalty, lower costs and reduced dependencies.

Das Primärziel des Projektes ist die Entwicklung und Etablierung eines Mehrwegsystems für 0,75L Weinflaschen für das Land Baden-Württemberg. Hierbei besteht starke Abhängigkeit des Handels und des Konsumentenverhaltens, was während des Projektzeitraums zu hohem Maße miteinbezogen wird
Das Projekt senkt den CO2 Ausstoß der Weinbranche. Zudem sichert Weinerzeugern eine gesteigerte Loyalität der Kunden, geringere Kosten und verminderte Abhängigkeiten.

Activities

Thats the reason that the operational group "Wein-Mehrweg" came together in that particular year to develop an practicable and futrure-proof multi-cycle system for 0,75L-winebottles. In addition, alternatives to glassbottles will also be investigated and evaluated. 5 work packages are planned in our project, which can develop a solution in the form of a reusable system for dealing with several current problems with the involvement of all 20 participating wine producers, 5 associations, one research partner and serveral trading partners.

Activities

Eine Operationelle Gruppe bestehend aus 17 Weinproduzenten beabsichtigen, Experimente und Tests mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Konzeptgedanken und Implementierungsperspektiven für Mehrwegansätze im Wein aufzusetzen. Neueste Erkenntnisse belegen, dass die Glasflasche den größten Anteil des CO2 Fußabdrucks einer handelsüblichen Flasche Wein ausmacht. Um den wachsenden Kundenansprüchen nach mehr Nachhaltigkeit, sowie den steigenden Energie- und Rohstoffpreisen zu begegnen, hat sich die OPG dieses Projektes zusammengefunden, um hierfür eine Lösung zu erarbeiten.
