Utveckling av nya analystjänster för honung
Objectives
The aim is to develop services to analyse Swedish honey and secure the quality of it to be able to compete with imported honey that often are cheaper than Swedish honey. These servises will lead to more secure buys for wholesalers, bigger faith in Swedish honey for consumers and better quality of Swedish honey.

Syftet är att ta fram analystjänster för att säkra kvalién på den svenska honungen och kunna konkurera med den honung som importeras från utlandet och som ofta är billigare. Detta kommer leda till säkrare inköp för grossister, ökat förtroende för svensk honung från konsumenterna och bättre kvalité på svensk honung.
Activities
The services of analysis will be able to determine the characteristics of the honey and its geographic and biological orgin. A service to better the care of the honey will also be developed. This will be done by sampling the honey in different stages to see where the quality and taste is affected the most in the process. This will lead to better recommendations on how to care for the honey.

Analystjänsterna kommer kunna kartlägga honungens egenskaper för att definierna det geografiska och biologiska ursprunget. Det kommer också skapas en tjänst för att förbättra hanteringen av honungen. Detta kommer göras genom att testa honungen i olika stadier för att testa var processen smaken och kvalitén påverkas mest och därmed kan rekommendationer ges om hur honungen bäst ska hanteras.
