Objectives
Project objective is the development and introduction into practice of a new, innovative phyto-preparation in the forms of pellets and/or bole medication forms, involving characteristic for Latvia extract of tansy leaves, tested in in vitro research with antiparasitic impact inherent to it.
Objectives
Projekta mērķis ir izstrādāt un ieviest praksē jaunu, inovatīvu fitopreperātu granulu un/vai bola zāļu formās, kas satur pētījumos in vitro pārbaudītu Latvijas florai raksturīgu biškrēsliņu lapu ektraktu ar tam piemītošu pretparazitāru ietekmi.
Activities
1. At the first stage of research, lyophilizate of tansy extract will be developed, produced, analyzed and transformed into its medication forms – pellets and/or micro-boles.
2. At the second stage of research, antiparasitic impact of lyophilizate solution of tansy extract will be verified in vitro on strongyles, parasitizing in sheep digestive tract, at their various development stages (eggs, larvae).
3. At the third stage of research, in vivo research of experimental antiparasitic impact of phyto-preparations will be carried out with sheep and determination of its safety.
Activities
1. Pētījuma pirmajā fāzē tiks izstrādāts, iegūts un analizēts biškrēsliņa ekstrakta liofilizātu un iestrādāts to zāļu formās - granulās un/vai mikrobolos.
2. Pētījuma otrajā fāzē tiks pārbaudīta biškrēsliņa ekstrakta liofilizāta šķīduma pretparazitārā ietekme in-vitro uz aitu gremošanas sistēmā parazitējošiem strongilīdiem to dažādās attīstības stadijās (olas, kāpuri).
3. Pētījuma trešajā fāzē tiks veiks iegūto fitopreparātu eksperimentālu pretparazitārās ietekmes in vivo izpēti aitām un tā nekaitīguma noteikšanu.
