Objectives

We would like to raise a certain breed of sheep, which have great reproductive potential, excellent qualities of meat production, and the most wanted wool color by the market, white. We want to base the new breed to be developed primarily on the combination of the genetic characteristics of the ile de france, pupae tetra and dorper breed. By crossing the three breeds, our goal is to maximize twins and to be able to raise twin lambs with great security in order to improve the profitability of the production activity. The aim is to breed a type that is very well adapted to environmental conditions and climate change, seasonal, stably twin, with good maternal characteristics and excellent meat qualities.*

Objectives

Egy olyan szapora juhfajta kitenyésztését kívánjuk megvalósítani, amely kiváló hústermelési tulajdonságokkal rendelkezik és a piac által leginkább igényelt, fehér színű gyapja van. A kialakítandó szapora fajtát elsősorban az ile de france, a bábolna tetra és a dorper fajták genetikai adottságainak kombinációjára kívánjuk alapozni. A három fajta keresztezésével célunk az ikerellések maximalizálása, és az, hogy az ikerbárányokat nagy biztonsággal fel is tudja nevelni az anya, a termelési tevékenység jövedelmezőségének javítása céljából.*

1 Practice Abstracts

In the program we pair puppet tetra ewes with ile de france and white dorper rams, and we would artificially fertilize them with imported frozen sperm with a laparoscope. Another line of crossbreeding is the mating of ile de france ewes with white dorper rams / insemination with imported frozen sperm. In the F1 generation, we can examine 3 “lines” / cross constructs and decide whether the next generation should include the ile de france or the puppet tetra variety with a 50% blood percentage for the variety to be developed. Within the framework of the program, we want to use the genetic stock of the best breeding animals. In addition to the analysis of production traits / parameters, we also want to use molecular genetic methods to select the best individuals from the domestic population of the puppet tetra and in the case of crossed herds. We intend to cross with the ile de france and white dorper breeds by purchasing foreign import and imported reproductive material (live animals, frozen semen and embryos). The goal is to be able to produce the best quality sheep at the best possible price. We expect that within 24 months it will be able to develop a breed that is very well adapted to environmental conditions and climate change, produces twins with good maternal characteristics and excellent meat forms.

A programban bábolna tetra anyajuhokat párosítunk ile de france és fehér dorper kosokkal, illetve laparoszkóppal mesterségesen termékenyítenénk import fagyasztott spermával. A keresztezések másik vonala az ile de france anyajuhok pároztatása fehér dorper kosokkal/termékenyítése import fagyasztott spermával. Az F1 generációban így 3 „vonalat”/keresztezési konstrukciót vizsgálhatunk, és dönthetünk arról, hogy a következő generációban a kialakítandó fajta esetében az ile de france vagy a bábolna tetra fajta szerepeljen-e 50%-os vérhányaddal. A program keretében a legkiválóbb tenyészállatok genetikai állományát kívánjuk felhasználni. A bábolna tetra hazai populációjából, valamint a keresztezett állományok esetében a legkiválóbb egyedek kiválogatásához a termelési tulajdonságok/paraméterek elemzése mellett molekuláris genetikai módszereket is igénybe kívánunk venni. Az ile de france és a fehér dorper fajtával történő keresztezést pedig külföldi import és import szaporítóanyag (élő állat, fagyasztott sperma és embrió) megvásárlásával kívánjuk véghezvinni. Cél, hogy a lehető legoptimálisabb költségek mellett a lehető legjobb minőségű bárányokat tudjuk előállítani. Várakozásaink szerint 24 hónapon belül kialakítható a környezeti feltételekhez, és a klímaváltozáshoz nagyon jól adaptálódó, aszezonális, stabilan ikerellő, jó anyai tulajdonságokkal és kiváló húsformákkal rendelkező fajta.
