Objectives

The demands on land management are constantly growing, so it is necessary to increase fertilizer efficiency. For this purpose, the entire crop management from sowing to harvesting should be adapted to the potential of the soil. Precision farming tools are ideally suited for this purpose. A comprehensive introduction of precision farming technologies in practice has so far failed to materialize for various reasons. The aim of this project is to combine selected precision farming methods into a cultivation process and to test it for sustainability, economic efficiency and manageability. 

Objectives

Die Anforderungen an die Flächenbewirtschaftung wachsen stetig, daher ist es notwendig die Düngereffizienz zu erhöhen. Dafür sollte die gesamte Kulturführung von Aussaat bis Ernte auf das Potential des Bodens abgestimmt sein. Werkzeuge der Präzisionslandwirtschaft (PL) sind hierfür bestens geeignet. Eine umfassende Einführung von PL-Technologien in der Praxis ist bisher aus diversen Gründen ausgeblieben. Ziel dieses Vorhabens ist es, ausgewählte PL-Verfahren zu einem Anbauverfahren zu verknüpfen und auf Nachhaltigkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Handhabbarkeit zu prüfen.
