The goal of the project is to connect producers from the area of ​​Vukovar-Srijem County, which refers to family farms, through the intermediary of the company Agro-klaster d.o.o. according to target groups of the local and regional market such as kindergartens, homes for the elderly and infirm, primary schools, hospitals and others. The selected activities contribute to the achievement of the project's goals by increasing the production and sale of local products through intermediaries to a well-known market. This project contributes to the increase in the local production of agricultural products and the increase in the sale of local products by local producers, which improves the quality. The target market and customers are residents of the Vukovar-Srijem County who will use the products of the short supply chain of the intermediary company Agro-klaster d.o.o. which primarily refer to the young and older population groups. The market is based on the distance radius from the producer to the customer up to 100 km. The target market is kindergartens, local self-government units, homes for the elderly and infirm, hospitals, primary schools, companies owned by municipalities and Vukovar-Srijem County, and end customers who are natural persons living in Vukovar-Srijem County.
