Objectives
The project aims to build new value chains based on innovative, health-promoting foodstuffs that are sustainable and produced in Saxony-Anhalt, while at the same time making a contribution to climate protection (adaptation & mitigation). In the case of crops, the focus is on site-specific varieties or new crops from other dry regions of the world.

Im Projekt sollen neue Wertschöpfungsketten auf Basis von innovativen und gesundheitsfördernden sowie in Sachsen-Anhalt produzierten zukunftsfähigen Lebensmitteln aufgebaut und zugleich ein Beitrag zum Klimaschutz (Anpassung & Mitigation) geleistet werden. Bei den Kulturpflanzen stehen zum einen standortangepasste Sorten oder neue Kulturpflanzen aus anderen Trockenregionen der Welt im Fokus.

- variety trials of innovative plant species
- Consulting and workshop offers
- scientific accompaniment of the experiments by soil samples, analysis of the humus content and the ingredients of the raw material Offer of field days on each farm for trade visitors and presentation of the results
- development of recipes together with chefs from the innovative plants
- implementation of joint events, public relations
- Development of processed health-promoting products in the innovation laboratory into a product line "Super-Food made in Saxony-Anhalt"
- long-term use of common distribution channels

- Sortenversuche innovativer Pflanzenarten
- Beratungs- und Workshopangebote
- wissenschaftliche Begleitung der Versuche durch Bodenproben, Analyse des Humusgehaltes und der Inhaltsstoffe der Rohware Angebot von Feldtagen auf jedem Betrieb für Fachbesucher und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
- Entwicklung von Rezepturen gemeinsam mit Köchen aus den innovativen Pflanzen
- Umsetzung gemeinsamer Veranstaltungen, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Entwicklung von verarbeiteten gesundheitsfördernden Produkten im Innovationslabor zu einer Produktlinie „Super-Food made in Sachsen-Anhalt"
- langfristige Nutzung von gemeinsamen Absatzwegen
