Context
The organic substance contained in the soil is increasingly becoming an element of particular importance. The excessive exploitation of agricultural land, single succession, increasingly intensive cultivation and the use of invasive processes such as tillage and plowing have led to a net reduction of organic substance over the last decades. The use of organic fertilizers such as manure and sewage helps to increase the levels of organic matter in the soil, to maintain a balanced pH of the soil, to improve the physical and structural properties of the soil and the levels of nutrients of the soil such as nitrogen and organic carbon . Manure is in fact the only fertilizer capable of covering an important role on all aspects of soil fertility. Precision agriculture, through the use of innovative technologies, can contribute to determining a more suitable spreading of the manure by distributing at each point a specific quantity based on the characteristics of the manure and the soil, as well as identifying the most suitable moment for implement it, thus improving performance both from an agricultural and environmental standpoint, while ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Objectives
Definition of zootechnical waste management models: precision farming practices can allow a semi-automatic control of the quantities of waste water distributed in compliance with legal limits
Weed proliferation: study of weeds by investigating whether and to what extent their proliferation is favored by the adoption of manure systems
IT platform and APP for the certification of compliance with the regulations in force on the spillage of wastewater. IT platform that can be used to support processes related to the complete management of livestock waste within the company.

Proliferazione malerbe: studio sulle malerbe indagando se e in che misura la loro proliferazione venga favorita dall’adozione di sistemi di letamazione
Piattaforma informatica e APP per la certificazione del rispetto delle normative vigenti in tema di spandimento dei reflui. Piattaforma informatica che possa essere utilizzata per il supporto dei processi relativi alla completa gestione dei reflui zootecnici all’interno della azienda.
