Deze pilot is een van zeven landelijke pilots waarmee BoerenNatuur en LTO input verzamelen voor de Nederlandse invulling van de vergroening van het GLB na 2021.
Objectives
The CAP pilot focuses on farms in small-scale landscapes on sandy soils that want to make a positive contribution to biodiversity and landscape, circular agriculture, soil, water and climate through nature-inclusive management. In 2019, the collectives started to apply greening measures to agricultural businesses

Objectives
De GLB-pilot richt zich op landbouwbedrijven in kleinschalige landschappen op zandgronden die met natuurinclusieve bedrijfsvoering een positieve bijdrage willen leveren aan biodiversiteit en landschap, kringlooplandbouw, bodem, water en klimaat. De collectieven zijn in 2019 aan de slag gegaan met het toepassen van vergroeningsmaatregelen op landbouwbedrijven

Activities
In each participating pilot area, 15 dairy farms will apply measures to their agricultural plots that contribute to the European objectives and that can be incorporated into their business operations. The focus is on strengthening the habitat of, among other things, farmland birds and making connections with existing nature. Diversity, gradients and food supply (insects) are key concepts. Broadening the crop plan also contributes to this, but is more focused on replacing purchased concentrates and protein. Closing cycles and implementation of effective measures that contribute to a healthier soil (soil life, acidity and organic matter content) are pursued on the farm.
Activities
In elk deelnemend pilotgebied gaan 15 melkveebedrijven maatregelen op hun landbouwpercelen toepassen die bijdragen aan de Europese doelen en die inpasbaar zijn in hun bedrijfsvoering. De focus ligt in het versterken van het leefgebied van o.a. boerenlandvogels en verbindingen leggen met bestaande natuur. Diversiteit, gradiënten en voedselaanbod (insecten) zijn kernbegrippen. Verbreding bouwplan draagt daar ook aan bij maar is meer gericht op vervanging van aangekocht krachtvoer en eiwit. Sluiten van kringlopen en implementatie van effectieve maatregelen die bijdragen aan een gezondere bodem (bodemleven, zuurgraad en organische stofgehalte) op het bedrijf worden nagestreefd.
