Objectives
To facilitate cooperation in the area, the idea arose of a circular cooperative that facilitates farmers (and other land users) in growing towards circular agriculture. The circular cooperative should above all have benefits for the farmer, in addition to contributing to social goals. The cooperative can stimulate cooperation, unburden entrepreneurs, and contribute to policy through knowledge exchange and knowledge impulses.
Objectives
Om de samenwerking in het gebied te faciliteren is het idee ontstaan van een kringloopcoöperatie die boeren (en andere grondgebruikers) faciliteert bij het toegroeien naar kringlooplandbouw. De kringloopcoöperatie dient vooral voordelen te hebben voor de boer, naast het bijdragen aan maatschappelijke doelen. De coöperatie kan samenwerking stimuleren, ondernemers ontzorgen, en via kennisuitwisseling en kennisimpulsen een bijdrage leveren aan beleid.
Activities
The aim of the cooperative is to create a partnership that adds value and facilitates circular agriculture. A cooperative that organizes circular agriculture in the region, arranges matters concerning the exchange of soil and/or organic (residual) flows such as manure and straw, makes agreements with land management organizations or other authorities, such as about the availability of organic residual flows in environment, and has up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. A circular cooperative is located in the middle of the area and can identify opportunities for circular agriculture that would be missed without this form of cooperation.
Activities
Doel van de coöperatie is een samenwerking vorm te geven die van toegevoegde waarde is en kringlooplandbouw faciliteert. Een coöperatie die de kringbouwlandbouw in de regio organiseert, regelt zaken rond de uitwisselingen van grond en/of organische (rest)stromen als mest en stro, maakt afspraken met terrein beherende organisaties of andere instanties, zoals bijvoorbeeld over het beschikbaar komen van organische reststromen in de omgeving, en beschikt over up-to-date kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving. Een kringloopcoöperatie staat midden in het gebied en kan kansen voor kringlooplandbouw identificeren die zonder deze samenwerkingsvorm gemist worden.
Context
Agrarische ondernemers in het Groningse deel van de Noordelijke Kleischil willen werk maken van gezonde landbouwbodems en het meer regionaal sluiten van kringlopen. Dit vraag om samenwerking, en om dit te faciliteren is het idee ontstaan van een kringloopcoöperatie die boeren (en andere grondgebruikers) ondersteund bij het toegroeien naar kringlooplandbouw. Bij kringlooplandbouw past een weerbaar landbouwsysteem en de basis daarvoor begint bij een robuuste bodem en verminderde behoefte aan input van buitenaf. Kringlooplandbouw vraagt om een samenwerking tussen partijen om zo de onnodige milieu verliezen tot een minimum te beperken.
