Objectives

The project objective is developing of the automatized system of unmanned aerial vehicles to control agrotechnical tending of young forest stands.

Activities

1. Preparation work – it envisages obtaining of sensory data and their post-processing from young stands, using unmanned aerial vehicles, acquisition of additional sensory apparatuses, software, identification of young forest stands;

2. Developing of sensory data processing and analysis software - it envisages application of computer vision and machine learning methods to control of agrotechnical tending of young stands, density determination of young trees as well as detection of destruction of young trees;

3. Final testing of the system.
