Objectives
Alterfixe is a project dedicated to agroecological transition with the aim of offering potential project leaders an immersive journey through bocage farms (organic or in transition), in order to facilitate the transmission of these farms, collective installation, and the diversification of agricultural activities. It is part of the challenge of renewing agricultural generations, the food resilience of the territory and in supporting the development of agroecological models. The immersive course offers spaces for meeting, living and working between potential project leaders, through the setting up of a camp.
Objectives
Alterfixe est un projet dédié à la transition agroécologique avec comme objectif de proposer à de potentiels porteurs de projet un parcours immersif dans des fermes du bocage (bios ou en transition), afin de faciliter la transmission de ces fermes, l'installation en collectif, et la diversification des activités agricoles. Il s'inscrit dans le défi de renouvellement des générations agricoles, la résilience alimentaire du territoire et dans l'accompagnement du développement des modèles agroécologiques. Le parcours immersif propose des espaces de rencontre, de vie et de travail entre porteurs potentiels de projet, à travers la mise en place d'un camp.

1 Practice Abstracts
Three phases will punctuate the advancement and maturation of these collectives to mature the transmissions: - Phase 1 "on site", with the objective of bringing out the embryos of agricultural collectives. Summer: 2 – 3 weeks, 30 to 50 participants. Objective: to discover the territory and its actors. Meet, live together, work together on farms, initiate collectives. - Phase 2 “reinforcement” which will be a period of training/technical support for emerging collectives which will be organized within the rural third place, El Capitan, a bridge between urban and rural areas. Duration: 2 weeks: for participants wishing to go further, groups in training. Objective: to deepen technical notions and support the structuring of collectives, to propose an adapted follow-up in partnership with existing structures. - Phase 3 "immersion" in winter in the farms to be transmitted. Winter: 1- 3 months. For trained collectives and bearers of concrete projects. Objectives: period of immersion on the farm to build it transmission project between host/transferor and buyer
Trois phases vont ponctuer l’avancement et la maturation de ces collectifs pour mûrir les transmissions :
- Phase 1 “de chantier”, avec comme objectif de faire émerger des embryons de collectifs agricoles. Eté : 2 – 3 semaines, 30 à 50 participants. Objectif : découvrir le territoire et ses acteurs. Se rencontrer, vivre ensemble, travailler ensemble sur les fermes, initier des collectifs.
- Phase 2 “de renforcement” qui sera un temps de formation/accompagnement technique des collectifs émergents qui sera organisée au sein du tiers-lieu rural, El Capitan, passerelle entre milieu urbain et rural. Durée : 2 semaines : pour les participants souhaitant aller plus loin, collectifs en cours de formation. Objectif : approfondir des notions techniques et accompagner la structuration de collectifs, proposer un suivi adapté en partenariat avec des structures existantes.
- Phase 3 “d’immersion” en hiver dans les fermes à transmettre. Hiver : 1- 3 mois. Pour les collectifs formés et porteurs de projet concret. Objectifs : période d’immersion sur la ferme pour construire le projet de transmission entre accueillant/cédant et repreneur
