InnoLawi: innovative Erwerbskombination - landwirtschaftliche Unternehmen als Anbieter sozialer Dienstleistungen
Objectives
In the project, agricultural businesses with different structures and set-ups were supported intensively and with a high level of expertise by Mittweida University of Applied Sciences and national partners in creating inclusive employment opportunities for people with disabilities as another service provider. This type of farm diversification can create an alternative employment offer to workshops for people with disabilities in the agricultural sector. Farms are particularly suitable for this due to their diverse fields of activity and work structures.
Objectives
In dem Projekt wurden Landwirtschaftsbetriebe unterschiedlicher Struktur und Aufstellung intensiv und mit hoher fachlicher Kompetenz durch die Hochschule Mittweida und überregionale Partner darin begleitet, als anderer Leistungsanbieter inklusive Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Menschen mit Behinderung zu schaffen. Mit einer solchen betrieblichen Diversifizierung kann ein alternatives Beschäftigungsangebot zur Werkstatt für Menschen mit Behinderung im Landwirtschaftssektor geschaffen werden.
Landwirtschaftsbetriebe sind dafür aufgrund ihrer vielseitigen Tätigkeitsfelder und Arbeitsstrukturen besonders gut geeignet.
Activities
The project was implemented through direct, intensive support for seven model companies during the project period. In various regions of Saxony, the general conditions necessary to develop a high-quality offer for people with disabilities were tested. Among other things, the project experiences were translated into a handbook. This explains in detail how the Other Service Provider for farms can be implemented in practice - from the design of workplaces and the necessary specialist staff to concept development, costing and negotiations with the service provider.
Activities
Die Umsetzung erfolgte über eine unmittelbare intensive Begleitung von sieben Modellbetrieben innerhalb der Projektlaufzeit. In verschiedenen Regionen Sachsens wurde erprobt, welche Rahmenbedingungen notwendig sind, um ein qualitativ hochwertiges Angebot für Menschen mit Behinderung zu entwickeln. Die Projekterfahrungen wurden unter anderem in ein Handbuch überführt. Hierin wird detailliert erklärt wie der Andere Leistungsanbieter für landwirtschaftliche Betriebe in die Praxis umgesetzt werden kann – von der Ausgestaltung der Arbeitsplätze über notwendiges Fachpersonal bis hin zu Konzeptentwicklung, Kalkulation und Verhandlung mit dem Leistungsträger.
