What role can a rural bioeconomy play in helping rural communities diversify and expand incomes? How can we integrate rural economies into industrial activities to benefit both sectors?
The workshop aims to address several crucial policy-related topics, including the utilisation of rural feedstocks, integration of the rural economy into energy and industrial networks, development of new materials from agricultural feedstocks, training of agricultural labour and enterprises, and improving the availability of labour in areas with few young people, among others.
