The German National Rural Network is organising the 7th annual workshop on Operational Groups on 17-18 October 2023 in Kassel, Germany. The event focuses on practical tips and networking opportunities for EIP projects. The workshop will be in German.
The German National Rural Network is organising the 7th annual workshop on Operational Groups on 17-18 October 2023 in Kassel, Germany.
The workshop will focus on EIP projects, with practical tips and networking opportunities.
Two field visits will show the practical work of Operational Groups in the field of hemp cultivation, forests and bees, and poultry slaughter. In plenary, the first evaluation results will be presented, and possibilities for (inter)national networking will be pointed out.

Furthermore, links between the EIP-AGRI and LEADER will be presented, along with proposals for new Operational Groups. OGs and other projects (e.g. Horizon Europe thematic networks) will be able to present their own work at a poster marketplace. The best poster will receive a prize.
Training courses will be offered, including:

- Navigate the funding jungle successfully
- Mediation
- Multi-actor simulation workshop
- Project management
The target group of the event includes members from Operational Groups and innovation support services from Germany, but interested parties from agriculture practice, research, advisory services and administrations are also invited.
The workshop will be in German, without interpretation provided, but German-speaking participants from outside of Germany are also welcome.
