Assessing the Added Value of LEADER
The Thematic Working Group (TWG) on 'Assessing the Added Value of LEADER' has the objective to provide methodological support to EU Member States for the evaluation and demonstration of the added value of LEADER. This TWG will build on existing knowledge and experiences, including the European Evaluation Helpdesk for the CAP's guidelines for evaluating LEADER, and experiences from EU Member States.

In line with Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1475, the Thematic Working Group (TWG) on the ‘use of factors of success in evaluation’ has the objective to show EU Member States how to operationalise them in CAP Strategic Plan evaluations, with a specific focus on the assessment of key evaluation elements.

Das Europäische Evaluierungs-Helpdesk für die GAP hat seine erste thematische Arbeitsgruppe (TWG) für den Programmzeitraum 2023-2027 zum Thema „Entwicklung eines Indikators für das Tierwohl“ ins Leben gerufen, deren übergeordnetes Ziel es ist, die Europäische Kommission bei der Bewertung des Tierwohlbefindens im Rahmen der GAP zu unterstützen.
