Assessing the Added Value of LEADER
The Thematic Working Group (TWG) on 'Assessing the Added Value of LEADER' has the objective to provide methodological support to EU Member States for the evaluation and demonstration of the added value of LEADER. This TWG will build on existing knowledge and experiences, including the European Evaluation Helpdesk for the CAP's guidelines for evaluating LEADER, and experiences from EU Member States.

The European Evaluation Helpdesk for the CAP has launched its first Thematic Working Group (TWG) of the 2023-2027 programming period on the “Development of Animal Welfare Indicator” with the overall objective to provide support to the European Commission in the assessment of animal welfare supported by the CAP.
