Objectives
In the face of climate change, vines are increasingly subject to pest and climatic pressures. This is why new solutions must be found. Agroforestry in viticulture seemed to us to be an innovative field. We therefore wished to appropriate the problem and to experiment with a certain number of plots, cultivated in agroforestry. The aim of this project is to set up a guide for the wine growers of the South Burgundy region with, in the first part, the basics of agroforestry and, in the second part, the planting and monitoring protocols adapted to the project plots.
Objectives
Face au dérèglement climatique, les vignes sont de plus en plus sujettes aux pressions des ravageurs, aux pressions climatiques, etc. C'est pourquoi de nouvelles solutions doivent être trouvées. L'agroforesterie en viticulture nous a semblé être un terrain innovant. Nous avons donc souhaité nous approprier la problématique et mettre en expérimentation un certain nombre de parcelles, cultivées en agroforesterie. La finalité de ce projet est de mettre en place un guide à destination des viticulteurs de la région Sud Bourgogne avec en première partie les fondements de l'agroforesterie et en seconde partie, les protocoles de plantation et de suivi adaptés aux parcelles du projet.
Activities
To write the guide, we will work in technical and scientific committees. The scientific committee is composed of agroforestry experts (Alain Canet from Arbre et Paysage 32, the CPIE, AGROOF and Alterre) and vineyard experts with BioBourgogne and the IFV. This committee will think about the frameworks of the protocols, it will set the rules and establish the foundations of agroforestry in our region. Then we will have a technical committee, composed mainly by winegrowers or representatives, which will write the 3 protocols adapted to the 3 plots of the project and adapted to the modes of management and to the farms of the region.
Activities
Pour écrire le guide, nous allons fonctionner en comités technique et scientifique. Le comité scientifique est composé d'experts de l'agroforesterie (Alain Canet d'Arbre et Paysage 32, le CPIE, AGROOF et Alterre) et d'experts de la vigne avec BioBourgogne et l'IFVV. Ce comité va réfléchir aux cadres des protocoles, il va fixer des règles et établira les fondements de l'agroforesterie dans notre région. Puis nous aurons un comité technique, composé majoritairement de viticulteurs ou de représentants, qui écrira les 3 protocoles adaptés aux 3 parcelles du projet et adaptés aux modes de conduite et aux exploitations de la région.
