Objectives

In an other hand, In one hand the program aims to determine a typology of localised urban food systems in différent french cases. In an other hand, one important result is some recommandations about the birth of  a new localised public policy for food circuits in an urban context.

Objectives

D'une part le projet vise à élaborer un typologie des systèmes alimentaires localisés en France et d'autre part, il s'agit de produire des préconisations pour une nouvelle politique publique locale de la production et ditribution de l'alimentaire dans la ville.

Activities

The program is divided in three parts : first , the food goods flows, second, the governance structure (who are the main actors) and third, the impact on urban forms.

Le projet se structure en 3 volets de recherche  : flux alimentaires, gouvernance alimentaires et impact de l'alimentation sur les structures urbaines.

1 Practice Abstracts

The program aims to determine a typology of the food urban systems on differents settings in West France (Normandy, Brittany, "Pays de Loire") and also in the region "Rhône-Alpes (Lyon, Grenoble, Roanne). The program has to make propsitions and recommandations about a new localised food public policies. These recommandations will contribute to solve some problems generated by the functions of production, distribution (mobilities, food desert, proximity agriculture, etc.).

Résultats escomptés : Il s'agit de déterminer une typologie des systèmes agro alimentaires urbains sur différents sites français dans le grand Ouest (Normandie, Bretagne et Pays de Loire) et en région Rhône Alpes (Lyon, Grenoble, Roanne) Le programme devra dégager des propositions et préconisation pour la constitution de politiques publiques alimentaires localisées. Ces recommandations visent à résoudre les probèmes engendrés par les formes récentes prises par les processus de production, de transformation, de distribution et de consommation sur les structures urbaines (questions de mobilité et transport des marchandises alimentaires, les déserts alimentaires, l'agriculture de proximité, etc.).
