Objectives
Create simulator software for "Normandification of livestock", intended to support dairy producers wishing to convert all or part of their herd to the Norman breed. This application should make it possible to establish a pre-project for the evolution of the cattle production system with a view to conversion to the Normandy breed. From the collection of challenges and expectations of breeders, the objective will be to provide elements of reflection on the management of breeding and on the technical and economic performance of the new system. This result incorporates the adequacy of operating constraints and the availability of space, buildings and manpower.
Objectives
Créer un logiciel simulateur de « Normandisation du cheptel », destiné à accompagner les producteurs laitiers voulant convertir tout ou partie de leur troupeau en race normande. Cet applicatif devra permettre d’établir un pré-projet d’évolution du système de production bovin en vue d’une conversion en race normande. A partir du recueil des enjeux et des attentes des éleveurs, l’objectif sera de donner des éléments de réflexion sur la conduite d’élevage et sur les performances technico-économiques du nouveau système. Ce résultat intègre l’adéquation aux contraintes de l’exploitation et aux disponibilités en surfaces, en bâtiments et en main-d’œuvre.
