Objectives
The first step of the project is to develop a new type of plant drink from regional and organically grown oats, hemp and legumes. The innovative approach consists of developing and testing the plant drink from various recipes. In addition, further processing of the by-products for food or animal feed is to be investigated.

Ziel des Vorhabens ist es im ersten Schritt einen neuartigen Pflanzendrink aus regionalen und ökologisch angebauten Hafer, Hanf und Leguminosen zu entwickeln. Der innovative Ansatz besteht aus der Entwicklung und Testung des Pflanzendrinks aus verschiedenen Rezepturen. Des Weiteren soll eine Weiterverarbeitung der Nebenprodukte für Lebens- oder Futtermittel eruiert werden.
Activities
A market analysis is carried out in order to meet consumer expectations. Various recipes are produced and tested. The expected demand for raw materials is determined and discussed with the farmers so that sufficient raw materials are available in Thuringia. Furthermore, a concept is to be prepared for how the production line can subsequently be planned, financed and built. Preparations are to be made for a dedicated glass bottle deposit system.
Activities
Es wird eine Marktanalyse durchgeführt, um Verbrauchererwartungen zu erreichen. Es werden verschiedene Rezepturen hergestellt und erprobt. Der zu erwartende Rohstoffbedarf wird ermittelt und mit den Landwirten abgesprochen sodass ausreichend Rohstoffe in Thüringen zur Verfügung stehen. Des Weiteren soll ein Konzept vorbereitet werden wie anschießend die Produktionslinie geplant, finanziert und gebaut werden kann. Es sollen Vorbereitungen für ein eigenes Glasflaschenpfandsystem geschaffen werden.
