Objectives
The purpose of this Innovation Plan is to optimize and strengthen the organizational and logistical processes of the identified supply chain, from the field to the consumer. That’s because it’s important to improve the economic sustainability of the agricultural enterprises involved and enhance territorial biodiversity complying with the environment and its peculiarities.

Il presente Piano di Innovazione ha come finalità quella di ottimizzare e rafforzare i processi organizzativi e logistici della filiera identificata, dal campo al consumatore, nell’ottica di migliorare la sostenibilità economica delle imprese agricole coinvolte e di valorizzare la biodiversità territoriale nel rispetto dell’ambiente e delle sue peculiarità.

1 Practice Abstracts
1. Development of a production specification for High Quality wine. The specification made allows for the precise definition of the integrations between the various operators and for regulating all the steps and processes necessary to arrive at the finished product;
2. Definition of an innovative organizational model that integrates the entire supply chain in order to implement a line of high quality products capable of obtaining a premium price on the market, for the benefit of greater valorisation of the members' production.;
3. Integration of the operators' production processes. The innovations developed through the implementation of the organizational model make it possible to increase the level of integration and control over all phases of the process. In this way, an increase in efficiency is obtained in every phase: production, vinification, transformation of the must, conservation (aging), bottling up to the commercial one and distribution at the point of sale.
In terms of the main opportunities provided, it should be noted that the innovations developed will lead to an improvement in competitiveness and a greater ability to adapt to changing market needs
1. Messa a punto di un disciplinare produttivo di vino Alta Qualità. Il disciplinare realizzato consente di definire in modo puntuale le integrazioni tra i vari operatori e disciplinare tutti i passaggi e le lavorazioni necessarie per arrivare al prodotto finito;
2. Definizione di un innovativo modello organizzativo che integra tutta la filiera al fine di implementare una linea di prodotti di alta qualità in grado di ottenere un premium price sul mercato, a vantaggio di una maggior valorizzazione della produzione dei soci.;
3. Integrazione dei processi produttivi degli operatori. Le innovazioni sviluppate attraverso l’implementazione del modello organizzativo consentono di incrementare il livello di integrazione e di controllo su tutte le fasi del processo. In questo modo si ottiene un incremento dell’efficienza in ogni fase: produttiva, di vinificazione, di trasformazione del mosto, di conservazione (invecchiamento), di imbottigliamento fino a quella commerciale e di distribuzione nel punto vendita.
Sul fronte delle principali opportunità apportate si evidenzia che le innovazioni messe a punto determineranno un miglioramento della competitività ed una maggiore capacità di adattamento alle mutevoli esigenze del mercato
