Objectives

Develop sustainable production guidelines from the triple economic, social and environmental perspective presented by the vineyard and the corresponding wineries, in parallel with the possible generation of alternative activities around the vineyard and the wine towards the achievement of a circular and green economy. Likewise, communication and consumer transfer systems of the advantages of these production systems and differentiated quality products will be implemented.

Objectives

Establecer pautas de producción sostenible desde la triple óptica económica, social y ambiental que presentan el viñedo y las correspondientes bodegas, en paralelo a la posible generación de actividades alternativas alrededor de la viña y el vino hacia la consecución de una economía circular y verde. Asimismo, se implantarán sistemas de comunicación y traslado al consumidor de las ventajas de estos sistemas productivos y productos de calidad diferenciada.

Activities

Description of the existing production systems of grape and wine production, in relation to the production of waste.
Analysis of the productive systems in the different productive categories.
Evaluation of the efficiency in the use of water and energy with methodologies of economic and financial analysis and life cycle analysis.
Comparative analysis of the existing production systems and the proposed alternatives. Carrying out an energy efficiency audit.
Marketing actions with identification of parameters that measure the differentiating factors of the wines obtained.

Descripción de los sistemas productivos existentes de producción de uva y de vino,  en relación a la producción de residuos. 
Análisis de los sistemas productivos en las diferentes categorías productivas
Evaluación de la eficiencia en el uso de agua y energía con metodologías de análisis económico financiero y análisis del ciclo de vida. 
Análisis comparativo de los sistemas productivos existentes y de las alternativas planteadas. Realización de auditoría de eficiencia energética. 
Acciones de marketing con identificación de parámetros que miden los factores diferenciadores de los vinos obtenidos.
