Activities

AgriDISCRETE considered current technical and business-oriented challenges as well as reflecting on socio-economic and ethical issues. Our key activities centred on:



* Developing an understanding of the socio-economic and ethical impacts of increased digitalisation in agriculture

* Identifying stakeholders’ perceptions of digital data management and governance

* Facilitating stakeholders to participate in the co-creation of good data governance practices

* Formalising requirements for data sharing and re-use and creating new data-driven business models

* Creating a set of building block models for data sharing, governance and security to support the business models

* Demonstrating in an operational environment, the software-based proof-of-concept solution to serve the data-driven business models
