Assessment of the significance of the RDP 2014-2020 of Mainland Finland for biodiversity and the landscape

The evaluation addresses the significance of the Mainland Finland Rural Development Programme 2014–2020 for biodiversity and the landscape. The evaluation examined the implementation, effectiveness, and environmental impact of the rural program. The main objective was to answer three Evaluation Questions common to the EU Member States. In addition, there was a national desire to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the various programme measures, and to receive suggestions for development in preparation for the next funding period.
