Activities
This Fieldlab design project aims to underpin the choice of the sustainable short chain as a relevant transition path towards sustainable agriculture with a perspective for food makers and eters. The project examines the role that a Fieldlab can play in answering the question on the relationship between soil, nutrition and health, on the potential of societal value creation of the sustainable short chain and on the potential impact of the protein transition. By answering these questions, we design a Fieldlab for the Friese Greidhoeke as one of the components of the development of a bioregion.

Dit Fieldlab ontwerpproject is gericht op het onderbouwen van de keuze voor de duurzame korte keten als relevant transitiepad naar duurzame landbouw met perspectief voor voedselmakers en eters. Het project onderzoekt de rol die een Fieldlab kan spelen bij het beantwoorden van de vraag over de relatie tussen bodem, voeding en gezondheid, over het potentieel van maatschappelijke waardecreatie van de duurzame korte keten en over de mogelijke impact van de eiwittransitie. Door deze vragen te beantwoorden ontwerpen we een Fieldlab voor de Friese Greidhoeke als één van de onderdelen van de ontwikkeling van een Bioregio.
