Entwicklung eines neuartigen Verfahrens zur Kultur von Würzpilzen
Objectives
The aim is to develop a new cultivation method for growing spicy mushrooms using regional products from primary agricultural production (field crops and their by-products such as straw and hay).

Ziel ist es, ein neuartiges Kultivierungsverfahren zur Zucht von Würzpilzen unter Verwendung von regionalen Erzeugnissen aus der landwirtschaftlichen Urproduktion (Feldfrüchte und deren Nebenprodukte wie Stroh und Heu) zu entwickeln.
Activities
The project is divided into 11 work packages, with the fructification trials on a laboratory scale and the design planning of the technical center and inoculation station representing the main focus of the project. The plan is to carry out cultivation and comminution trials for growing spicy mushrooms from the Marasmiaceae, Omphalotaceae and Auriscalpiaceae families in a submerged medium. A submerged medium optimized for these fungi species is to be developed from the agricultural substrates provided by the two farms.
Activities
Das Vorhaben gliedert sich in 11 Arbeitspakete wobei die Fruktifikationsversuche im Labormaßstab sowie die Entwurfsplanung von Technikum und Beimpfstation die Schwerpunkte des Projektes darstellen. Geplant ist, Kultivierungs- und Zerkleinerungsversuche zur Zucht von Würzpilzen der Familien Marasmiaceae, Omphalotaceae und Auriscalpiaceae in einem Submersmedium durchzuführen. Aus den durch die beiden Landwirtschaftsbetriebe bereitgestellten landwirtschaftlichen Substraten soll ein für diese Pilzarten optimiertes Submersmedium entwickelt werden.
