Objectives
The aim of the project is the development and dissemination of technologies for the efficient provision of raw timber in scattered and small-scale timber supply in difficult-to-access locations using a novel, traction winch-supported Harvarder.

Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Entwicklung und Verbreitung von Technologien für die effiziente Rohholzbereitstellung bei verstreutem und kleinflächigem Holzaufkommen in schwer befahrbaren Lagen mit einem neuartigen, traktionswindengestützten Harvarder.
Activities
In a first step, working time and process studies with the Harvarder will be used to measure and determine the time and effort required for timber harvesting and harvesting in order to compare them with the use of conventional methods.

Anhand von Arbeitszeit- und Prozessstudien mit dem Harvarder sollen in einem ersten Schritt die Zeiten und Aufwände für die Holzernte und -bringung gemessen und ermittelt werden, um sie mit dem Einsatz konventioneller Verfahren vergleichen zu können.
