The Super crook is a shepherd crook with a spring mechanism at its end. It can be used as an immobiliser by locking the animal's legs together. This is useful for outdoor lambers at lambing time as it enables the shepherd to deal with lambing issues, collect colostrum and make any treatments with ease, without another member of staff.
