The innovation plan saw the implementation of a series of activities necessary to develop a decision support system prototype capable of interconnecting all the main players in the fruit and vegetable supply chain, collecting information and data on which to base optimal technical-productive choices. The decision support system developed, in addition to giving technical-productive indications, also through the support of Agrintesa technicians, is able to provide a benchmark with respect to the results obtained, mainly in terms of valorisation of its productions.
The pre-established and achieved result can be seen in an increase in the shareholder's forecasting capacity and in his orientation towards the target markets, a fundamental element for being competitive on the markets. In addition to the advantages offered to producer members, the innovation developed is also able to offer a concrete response to some of the critical issues afflicting the fruit and vegetable supply chain: in particular, the integration of all the main players in the supply chain makes it possible to make the flow of information is effective for the benefit of the quality level of the productions.
Il piano d’innovazione ha visto la realizzazione di una serie di attività necessarie per sviluppare un prototipo di sistema di supporto decisionale in grado di interconnettere tutti i principali attori della filiera ortofrutticola, raccogliere informazioni e dati su cui basare delle scelte tecnico-produttive ottimali. Il sistema di supporto decisionale sviluppato oltre a dare delle indicazioni tecnico-produttive, anche mediante il supporto dei tecnici di Agrintesa, è in grado di fornire un benchmark rispetto ai risultati ottenuti, principalmente in termini di valorizzazione delle proprie produzioni.
Il risultato prefisso e raggiunto è riscontrabile in un incremento della capacità previsionale del socio e del suo orientamento ai mercati di destinazione, elemento fondamentale per essere competitivi sui mercati. Oltre ai vantaggi offerti ai soci produttori, l’innovazione sviluppata è in grado di offrire una risposta concreta anche ad alcune delle criticità che affliggono la filiera ortofrutticola: in modo particolare l’integrazione di tutti i principali attori della filiera consente di rendere maggiormente efficiente ed efficace il flusso informativo a beneficio del livello qualitativo delle produzioni.
