T.I.E.R Planung, Errichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Evaluierung einer tiergerechten, innovativen, ergonomisch-umweltfreundlichen Rinderstallanlage
Objectives
The T.I.E.R. pilot project was part of a larger investment project. The following parts of the project were funded as part of EIP-Agri: 1) Investigation and improvement of workplace ergonomics, 2) Construction of a manure removal system that leads to reduced ammonia emissions, 3) Storage and use of treated rainwater as process water, 4) Development and installation of an energy-saving and economical lighting system, 5) Development and installation of a special animal treatment area, 6) Combination of stationary mixing with mobile discharge into the barn using an autonomous system with electric drive.
Objectives
Das Pilotprojekt T.I.E.R. war Teil eines umfangreicheren Investitionsvorhabens. Im Rahmen von EIP-Agri wurden folgende Vorhabenteile gefördert: 1) Untersuchung und Verbesserung der Ergonomie der Arbeitsplätze, 2) Bau einer Entmistungseinrichtung, die zu verringerten Ammoniakemissionen führt, 3) Speicherung und Verwendung von aufbereitetem Regenwasser als Brauchwasser, 4) Entwicklung und Installation einer energiesparenden und wirtschaftlichen Beleuchtungsanlage, 5) Entwicklung und Einrichtung eines besonderen Tierbehandlungsbereiches, 6) Kombination von stationärer Anmischung mit mobiler Austragung in den Stall durch ein autonom fahrendes System mit Elektroantrieb.
Activities
The results of the pilot project impressively demonstrate that animal welfare, employee health, attractive jobs, sustainability and profitability are all compatible objectives in agriculture.

Die Ergebnisse des Pilotprojektes demonstrieren eindrucksvoll, dass Tierwohl, Mitarbeitergesundheit, attraktive Arbeitsplätze, Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit miteinander vereinbare Zielgrößen in der Landwirtschaft sind.
