Objectives
Mitigation of climate change through a reduction in energy consumption, the efficient use of resources and the reduction of emissions and waste from the agri-food sector, so that the wineries/oil mills and their products will improve the environmental image before their customers and markets. It will help wine and oil companies to improve their products, as well as improve their visibility.

Mitigacion del cambio climatico a traves de una reducción del consumo energetico, el uso eficiente d elos recursos y al reducción de emisiones y residuos del sector agroalimentario por lo que las bodegas/almazaras y sus productos mejoraran la imagen medioambienta ante sus clientes y mercados . Será de ayuda a las empresas del vino y del aceite a mejorar sus produtos, así como a mejorar su visibilidad.
Activities
The project is based on three axes:Axis I. Calculation of the environmental footprint in the Life Cycle of the Wine/Olive Oil Product. The group of experts will measure the environmental footprint of the product's life cycle. Axis II Implementation of Voluntary Carbon Markets. Axis III. Environmentally Responsible Products. In this axis, the commercial exploitation of products with low environmental impact will be considered with respect to other products of the same category and new procedures and forms of commercial valuation of these environmental assets will be promoted
Activities
El proyecto se fundamenta en tres ejes:Eje I. Cálculo de la huella ambiental en el Ciclo de Vida del Producto Vino/Aceite de oliva. El grupo de expertos mediarán la huella ambiental del ciclo de vida del producto.Eje II Implementación Mercados Voluntarios de Carbono.Eje III. Productos Ambientalmente Responsables. En este eje se planteará la explotación comercial de los productos con bajo impacto ambiental con respecto a otros productos de su misma categoría y se fomentarán nuevos procedimientos y formas de valorización comercial de estos activos ambientales.
