Objectives
Participants in the project around the Slijpbeek work together at a professional level so that sustainable mutual relationships are built and a sustainable food chain is created. Work is underway on strengthening and expanding the collaboration, vision and planning and implementation of several food-related experiments. Ultimately, there must be a concrete (business) plan for cooperation.

Objectives
Deelnemers aan het project rondom de Slijpbeek werken op professioneel niveau samen zodat er duurzame onderlinge relaties worden opgebouwd en er een duurzame voedselketen ontstaat. Er wordt gewerkt aan de versterking en uitbreiding van de samenwerking, visie- en planvorming en uitvoering van enkele voedselgebonden experimenten. Uiteindelijk moet er een concreet (bedrijfs)plan tot samenwerking liggen.

Activities
The sustainable short supply chain is realized and innovated with a group of short-chain partners (not only production but also processing, distribution and sale of local food) in "Slijpbeekpark". The food products resulting from this collaboration are produced in a closed cycle, distributed emission-free and sufficient for the largest possible number of buyers in and around the "Slijpbeekpark" area. Inhabitants of the area are "members" of their own food landscape. This objective is achieved because four local food producers (the consortium partners) jointly look for knowledge institutions and local partners
Activities
Het realiseren en innoveren van de duurzame korte voorzieningenketen gebeurt met een groep korte-keten-partners (niet alleen productie maar ook verwerking, distributie en afzet van lokaal voedsel) in ‘Slijpbeekpark’. De uit deze samenwerking voortkomende voedselproducten zijn met gesloten kringloop geproduceerd, emissievrij gedistribueerd en toereikend voor een zo groot mogelijk aantal afnemers in en om het gebied ‘Slijpbeekpark’. Bewoners van het gebied zijn ‘lid’ van hun eigen voedsellandschap. Deze doelstelling wordt bereikt doordat vier lokale voedselproducenten (de consortiumpartners) gezamenlijk op zoek gaan naar kennisinstellingen en lokale partners
Contexte
Moderne Marke Slijpbeek is een samenwerkingsverband waarbij de korte keten van lokaal voedsel (van productie tot verwerking, distributie en afzet) het uitgangspunt is. Er is echter nog weinig samenwerking en samenhang tussen producenten van lokaal voedsel in het projectgebied.
