Activities

Setting up an Eemvallei Food Campus as a visit/leather/innovation/connecting leak for the restoration of regional food culture for citizens/farmer/director. With the three Mansholt Prize winners as a leavees: foodculture (Petrini) landculture (Fischler) and agriculture (Huijgen).

For farmers who want to make a change, citizens who want to change their lifestyles and drivers who want to reconnect their urban/rural areas and share their responsibility for their Food landscape.

Objective: 20-30 % of food from their own region by connecting farm citizens to the three buttons: I’m participating, I am planning and I participate in the period 2030-2040.


Activities

Het opzetten van een Eemvallei Voedsel Campus als bezoek/ leer/ innovatie/ verbindingsplek voor herstel van de regionale Voedsel cultuur voor burger/ boer/ bestuurder. Met de drie Mansholtprijswinnaars als leadissues: foodculture (Petrini) landculture (Fischler) en agriculture (Huijgen).

Voor boeren die omslag willen maken, burgers die hun levensstijl willen herzien en bestuurders die hun stad/platteland op een nieuwe wijze willen verbinden en gezamenlijk hun verantwoordelijkheid voor hun Voedsellandschap oppakken.

Doel: 20-30% van het eten uit eigen regio door boer-burger te verbinden met de drie knoppen: ik doe mee, ik bestel en ik participeer in de periode 2030-2040.
