Der Einsatz einer stationären Gülleaufbereitungsanlage, für welche in begrenztem Umfang im europäischen Ausland Praxiserfahrungen vorliegen, sollte unter den Bedingungen einer größeren sächsischen Milchviehanlage mit angeschlossener Biogasanlage hinsichtlich seiner betriebswirtschaftlichen, produktionstechnischen und Umweltwirkungen untersucht werden.
Activities
The plant with an annual capacity of 63,000 tons was built and commissioned. The plant separates 54% of the organic fertilizer as purified water that is suitable for flooding or seepage and processes the rest into high-quality organic fertilizer. Separated into liquid and solid phases, this is stored at the plant's operational site and spread on agricultural land for fertilization. The permanent relief of the farm from the problems of coping with current requirements for the storage and application of organic residues means a significant improvement in the future prospects for the dairy cow farming and bioenergy production sectors, which account for a significant proportion of the farm's added value.

Es erfolgten Bau und lnbetriebnahme der Anlage mit einer Jahreskapazität von 63.000 t. Sie scheidet 54 % des lnputstoffes als gereinigtes, vorflut- bzw. versickerungsfähiges Wasser ab und verarbeitet den Rest zu hochwertigem organischen Dünger. Dieser wird, separiert in Flüssig- und Festphase, am betrieblichen Standort der Anlage gelagert und zur Düngung auf die landwirtschaftlichen Flächen ausgebracht. Die dauerhafte Entlastung des Betriebs von den Problemen bei der Bewältigung aktueller Anforderungen an Lagerung und Ausbringung organischer Reststoffe bedeutet eine deutliche Verbesserung der Zukunftsperspektive für die Betriebszweige Milchkuhhaltung und Bioenergieerzeugung.
