Objectives

Technologies for harvesting arable crops will be investigated in the project (mainly maize or other cereals). The purpose of our development is to test a new harvesting process. The main goal is to reduce harvest time and costs and to harvest the best achievable quality of the crops.

A projekt a szántóföldi kultúrák (főleg kukorica vagy más gabonanövények) betakarításának technológiáit vizsgálja. Fejlesztésünk célja, hogy új betakarítási eljárást teszteljünk. A fő cél a betakarítási idő és költségek csökkentése, és a termény lehető legjobb minőségben történő szüretelése.

1 Practice Abstracts

The project focuses on the harvesting of cereals, especially maize. We expect new, alternative harvesting results to significantly improve both quality and quantity (by minimizing losses). With the help of “on-the-fly emptying” we expect that the harvested maiz area can be increased up to 30-40% in the optimal time of harvesting. This process can make 20-25% saving of working time for cereals. Ultimately, less working hours induce more optimum harvesting, better adjusting the harvesting time to the ideal weather conditions for quality improvement and sales growth. Less harvest time can significantly reduce machine costs by up to 20%.

A projekt a gabonafélék betakarítását vizsgálja, főleg a kukorica esetében. Az új, alternatív betakarítási eredményektől azt várjuk, hogy jelentősen javul mind a minőség, mind a mennyiség (veszteségminimalizálással). A menet közbeni ürítés segítségével a kukorica esetében várhatóan 30-40 %-kal növelhető az optimális időben betakarított terület nagysága. A kombájnok menet közben történő ürítése kalászosok esetében 20-25 %-os munkaidő megtakarítást eredményezhet. Végső soron a kevesebb munkaidő optimálisabb betakarítást indukál, a betakarítási idő jobban igazítható az ideálisabb időjárási körülményekhez, amellyel minőség javulás és árbevétel növekedés érhető el. A kevesebb betakarítási idő a gépköltségeket is jelentősen, akár 20%-al is csökkentheti.
