Objectives

Promote the use of sustainable and cost-effective plant protection products, to ensure food safety and sustainable agricultural development, to protect human health and the environment from the risks posed by the use of plant protection products, to ensure training of plant protection product users, distributors and plant protection consultants, to promote the integrated application of the identification and control of harmful organisms.
 

Objectives

Skatinti tausų ir ekonomiškai efektyvų augalų apsaugos produktų naudojimą, užtikrinti maisto produktų saugą, subalansuotą žemės ūkio vystymąsi, apsaugoti žmonių sveikatą ir aplinką nuo augalų apsaugos produktų naudojimo keliamos rizikos, užtikrinti augalų apsaugos produktų naudotojų, platintojų ir augalų apsaugos konsultantų švietimą bei mokymą, skatinti integruotą kenksmingųjų organizmų identifikavimo ir kontrolės taikymą.

Testing fields selection, research and testing, modeling of Integrated Pest Control System, testing of Integrated Pest Control System in grain, berry, vegetables and horticulture farms, creation and approval of prototype of Integrated Pest Control System, demonstration of the prototype of Integrated Pest Control System, presentation of project results to the public.

1 Practice Abstracts

During the flight the images on different light spectrum sections and the coordinates of the aircraft will be captured, then the data will be processed by the software, the objects of the field parameters and the vector information maps linked to the coordinate network wil be formed. The obtained maps will be presented in the information system, which will be able to analyze the results in different layers and zones. The digital system will automatically detect problematic points of harmful organizms and create maps for the needs of plant protection products. In line with this program, a farmer will be able to use resources and equipment rationally, to avoid loss of production and increase farm productivity and reduce the negative impact of farming on the environment. The farmer will be able to update, track and manage his farm's database using the system. It is expected that the demand for an Integrated Pest Control System will be high, not only due to innovation and accuracy but also due to cost efficiency. Complect services (flight performance, photo analysis, interpretation, creation of agrochemical model and creation of fertilization map) will allow timely diagnosis of plant diseases, thus avoiding higher losses and additional costs for chemicals and fuel.

Skraidymo aparato skrydžių metu bus fiksuojami vaizdai skirtinguose šviesos spektro ruožuose ir skraidymo aparato padėties koordinatės, duomenys bus apdorojami programinės įrangos, sudaromi lauko parametrų objektai bei vektoriniai informaciniai žemėlapiai susieti su koordinačių tinklu. Gauti žemėlapiai bus pateikiami informacinėje sistemoje, kurioje bus galimybė analizuoti rezultatus skirtingais sluoksniais ir zonomis. Skaitmeninė sistema automatiškai nustatys probleminius kenksmingų organizmų židinius bei sudarys augalų apsaugos priemonių poreikio žemėlapius. Vadovaudamasis šia programa, ūkininkas galės racionaliai naudoti išteklius bei techniką, išvengti produkcijos nuostolių ir padidinti ūkio produktyvumą bei sumažinti neigiamą ūkininkavimo poveikį aplinkai. Ūkininkas, naudodamasis sistema galės atsinaujinti, sekti ir tvarkyti savo ūkio duomenų bazę. Tikimasi, kad integruotos kenksmingųjų organizmų identifikavimo ir kontrolės sistemos paklausa bus didelė ne tik dėl inovatyvumo ir tikslumo, bet ir dėl ekonominio efektyvumo. Kompleksinės paslaugos (skrydžių atlikimas, nuotraukų analizė, interpretavimas ir agrocheminio modelio sudarymas bei tręšimo žemėlapių sudarymas) naudojimas leis laiku diagnozuoti augalų ligas ir taip išvengti didesnių nuostolių bei chemikalų ir kuro papildomų sąnaudų.
