Objectives

The aim of the project is to develop a platform-based Service that enables large kitchens and canteens to create regional organic meals based on local availability.

Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Entwicklung eines plattformbasierten Dienstes, welcher es den
Großküchen und Kantinen ermöglicht, regionale Bio-Speisen auf Basis regionaler Verfügbarkeit zu erstellen.

Activities

The focus here is on the development of a digital solution based on organic supply chain fragments. This solution integrates an algorithm that
makes the diversity in menu planning manageable. In addition, recipe suggestions based on the algorithmus results, taking into account regional product availability and kitchen needs, will be
displayed from the pool of regionally created recipes. The resulting increased demand for regional
organic products and the required active networking of stakeholders necessitate transparent
irepresentation of existing fragments of an organic supply chain and the establishment of new value
chains.

Activities

Schwerpunkt besteht dabei in der Entwicklung einer auf Wertschöpfungsketten basierenden
digitalen Lösung. Diese integriert einen Algorithmus, welcher die Vielfalt in der Menügestaltung
handhabbar darstellt Zudem sollen Rezeptvorschläge auf Basis der Ergebnisse des Algorithmus
unter Beobachtung der regionalen Produktverfügbarkeit und Küchenbedürfnisse aus der Menge
regional erstellter Rezepte angezeigt werden. Die daraus folgende steigende Nachfrage nach
regionalen Bio-Erzeugnissen und die benötigte aktive Vernetzung der Akteure verlangt bestehende
regionale Bio-Wertschöpfungsfragmente transparent darzustellen und neue Wertschöpfungsketten
aufzubauen.
