Objectives

Project objective is developing of a wasteless processing technology of sea buckthorn berries, using a complex of innovative methods, including enzymatic hydrolysis in controlled conditions (using a universal double-wall vacuum mixer), separation technology to separate pulp oils and lees from juice (using three-fraction centrifuge) and Ultra high temperature (UHT) treatment of juice.

Objectives

Projekta mērķis ir izstrādāt smiltsērkšķu ogu bezatlikuma pārstrādes tehnoloģiju, izmantojot inovatīvu metožu kompleksu, kas iekļauj enzimātisku hidrolīzi kontrolētos apstākļos (izmantojot universālu dubultsienu vakuuma maisītāju), seperācijas tehnoloģiju mīkstuma eļļas un nogulšņu atdalīšanai no sulas (izmantojot trīs frakciju centrifūgu) un sulas Ultra high temperature (UHT) apstrādi.

Activities

1. Developing of the wasteless processing technology of sea buckthorn berries and to adjust it to industrial production at SIA “Aneva” production facility.

2. Starting production of new products – high quality buckthorn juice (without lees), buckthorn extract, buckthorn pulp oil and buckthorn pulp powder.

3. Involving a researcher from the Institute of Food Safety, Animal Health and Environment (BIOR) who will ensure elaboration of the methodology for standardization and quality control of raw material and produce that is an essential prerequisite to facilitate exports.

Activities

1. Izstrādāt smiltsērkšķu ogu bezatlikuma pārstrādes tehnoloģiju un to pielāgot rūpnieciskai ražošanai SIA “Aneva J” ražotnē.

2. Uzsākt jaunu produktu - augstas kvalitātes smiltsērkšķu sula (bez nogulsnēm), smiltsērkšķu ekstrakts, smiltsērkšķu mīkstumu eļļa un smiltsērkšķu mīkstumu pulveris ražošanu.

3. Piesaistīt Pārtikas drošības, dzīvnieku veselības un vides zinātniskais institūta “BIOR” pētnieku, kas nodrošinās metodoloģijas izstrādi izejvielu un gatavās produkcijas standartizēšanai un kvalitātes kontrolei, kas ir būtisks priekšnoteikums produktu eksporta veicināšanai.
