Objectives
This objective of this project is to improve to overall understanding of the challenges of the Normandy territory by agricultural actors: in order to make proposals to communities. It's about better understanding role of each in the territory and sharing know-how and methods to refine the understanding of the game of actors.This mutual knowledge would thus make it possible to better articulate the needs of each one, with the challenges and ultimately to propose coherent and innovative territorial projects.
This work of building a shared global vision will focus on the following themes: food, biodiversity and project reception/territory dynamics.
Objectives
L’objectif de ce projet consiste à améliorer la compréhension globale des enjeux du territoire normand par les acteurs agricoles : afin de faire des propositions vers les collectivités. Il s’agit de mieux comprendre le rôle de chacun sur le territoire et partager les savoir faire et méthodes pour affiner la compréhension du jeu d’acteurs. Cette interconnaissance permettrait ainsi de mieux articuler les besoins de chacun avec les enjeux et proposer in fine des projets de territoire cohérents et innovants.
Ce travail de construction d’une vision globale partagée se concentrera sur les thématiques suivantes : alimentation, biodiversité et accueil de projet/ dynamique de territoire.

1 Practice Abstracts
Work between differents actors: technicans, farmers and animators. The originality of this project is based on a methodological work - centered on the pooling of know-how and methods of the different networks involved in the project, with time for sharing experiments and co-construction and analysis of collective pratices. Common innovative tools will be built for facilitators and technicians to increase the skills of the operators of each strcuture. Here are the different axes.
- Axis 1: project farming: mutual knowledge, construction of detailed shared objectives, identification of tests, action plan, tools for tracking changes, sharing of ressources and know-how between partners.
- Axis 2: local experimentation : 3 test sites: rural, peri-urban, urban: presentation of issues and difficulties, identification of ressources and levers of action, tracing of developments, assesment and perspectives, seminars.
- Axis 3: Regional coordination: analysis of local experiences: sharing of issues and difficulties, debriefing of local actions, putting into perspective, tracing changes.
- Axis 4: Regional coodination:methodological production: methodological sheets, support sheets, educational sheets.
- Axis 5: Communication, dissemination of internal seminar results, regional feedback.
- Axis 6: Steering:coordination, administrative and financial management.

L'originalité de ce projet repose sur un travail de méthodologie centré sur la mutualisation des savoir-faire et méthodes des différents réseaux impliqués dans le projet, avec des temps de partage des expérimentations et de co-construction et analyses de pratiques collectives. Des outils communs innovants seront construits à destination des animauteurs et techniciens pour faire monter en compétences les opérateurs de chaque structure. Voici les différents axes:
Axe 1 : Cadrage du projet : interconnaissance, construction des objectifs détaillés partagés, repérage des tests, plan d’action, outils de traçage des changements, partage des ressources et des savoirs faire entre partenaires
Axe 2 : Expérimentation locale : 3 sites tests : rural, péri-urbain, urbain : présentation des enjeux et difficultés, identification des ressources et leviers d’action, traçage des évolutions, bilan et perspectives, séminaires
Axe 3 : Coordination régionale : analyse des expériences locales : partage des enjeux et difficultés, débriefing des actions locales, mise en perspective, traçage des évolutions
Axe 4 : Coordination régionale : production méthodologique : fiches méthodologiques, fiches d’accompagnement, fiches pédagogiques,
Axe 5 : Communication, diffusion des résultats séminaires internes, restitution régionale
