Au cours de cette réunion du Focus Group, vingt experts ont discuté de la manière d'accroître l'autosuffisance européenne en protéines végétales en intégrant la production durable de protéines végétales dans différentes chaînes de valeur et régions, en tenant compte du changement climatique.
