The CAP 2023-2027 follows a performance and results-based approach built around ten objectives, which frame the EU countries’ CAP Strategic Plans. These combine targeted interventions addressing specific needs and delivering on EU-level objectives.

Estonian Network
The Estonian CAP Network was established in 2007. Back then, it was a rural network. The network team has stayed almost the same but under the administration of different governments. In Estonian, the network is called the Rural Network Service.
Dairy farms in Estonia and Finland have some fundamental differences. Since 2018, Operational Group (OG) MAVAS has been working in parallel with Finnish OG SMARTFEED. They are both looking into the use of biosensors in daily dairy farming.
