Objectives
The aim of the cooperation project is the development of a worlcf novel method for upstreaming of horse serum for the separation of PMSG by affinity chromatography in the laboratory and pilot scale. The focus of the project is the supply of an optimal raw material for affinity chromatography for PMSG recovery with an emphasis on animal welfare and raising the economic performance.

Ziel des Kooperationsvorhabens ist die Entwicklung im Labor- und Pilotmaßstab eines weltweit neuartigen Verfahrens zum Upstreaming von Pferdeserum für die Gewinnung von PMSG mittels Affinitätschromatographie. Hierbei steht die innovative Serumherstellung und -aufarbeitung im Mittelpunkt des Vorhabens, um einen optimalen Ausgangsstoff für die affinitätschromatographische PMSG-Gewinnung unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des Tierwohls und Anhebung derWirtschaftsleistung gewährleisten zu können.
