The activity provides for the definition of a model of decision support system able to integrate the fruit and vegetable supply chain, starting from the experimentation on the subjects that participate in the innovation plan that constitute an excellent level of representativeness of the whole supply chain.
Through a re-elaboration of the data included in the information system of Agrintesa, and the involvement of the other industrial and commercial partners (Conserve Italia, Alfrut, Alegra, Sapori cooperativi) the standards for the management and exchange of information will be identified. A standard protocol will then be developed with which to uniquely identify the product and exchange information throughout the supply chain.
Specifically, the farm, by batch, can consult a series of useful information to understand the main relevant variables in terms of product enhancement. Particular attention will be paid to health-related information on productions, in order to guide the producer towards optimal choices to obtain healthy products. The same information will then be made available to all stages of the value chain in order to improve the processes and the quality level of the productions according to market demands.

L’attività prevede la definizione di un modello di sistema di supporto decisionale in grado di integrare la supply chain ortofrutticola, partendo dalla sperimentazione sui soggetti che partecipano al piano d’innovazione che costituiscono un ottimo livello di rappresentatività dell’intera filiera.
Tramite una rielaborazione dei dati inseriti nel sistema informativo di Agrintesa, e il coinvolgimento degli altri partner industriali e commerciali (Conserve Italia, Alfrut, Alegra, Sapori cooperativi) verranno identificati gli standard per la gestione e lo scambio delle informazioni. Verrà quindi messo a punto un protocollo standard con cui identificare univocamente il prodotto e scambiare informazioni lungo la supply chian.
Nello specifico l'azienda agricola, per partita, potrà consultare una serie di informazioni utili alla comprensione delle principali variabili rilevanti in termini di valorizzazione del prodotto. Particolare attenzione sarà posta verso le informazioni di carattere salutistico relativo alle produzioni, in modo da orientare il produttore verso scelte ottimali per l’ottenimento di prodotti salubri. Le medesime informazioni saranno poi rese disponibili a tutte le fasi della catena del valore al fine di migliorare i processi e il livello qualitativo delle produzioni in funzione delle richieste del mercato.
